Description:
1. Performs basic DevOps activities, including the building, maintenance, monitoring, packaging and testing of open source software packages for use in Ansys products
2. Prepares, configures, deploys and maintains build agents
3. Works with IT to maintain DevOps infrastructure
4. Works closely with development to adjust open source software packages to changing requirements
5. Operates under direct supervision with work subject to frequent review by more experienced staff or DevOps Manag
Candidate Profile:
Education: BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Required Skills:
1. Basic understanding of build management and continuous integration software
2. Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
3. Experience with GitHub is a plus
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed team
