Description:
1. Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Primary activities include maintenance, enhancements installation and support of the Business User requests/issues in SAS Grid environment
2. The SAS Platform Administrator servers as a liaison between the SAS user community, internal SAS experts, and the IT infrastructure support teams
3. Usage of ITSM tools Servicenow for ticket assignment and working on the Root cause of the incident tickets P1,P2, and P3 and Problem tickets
4. Project has rotational shifts includes night shifts

Qualifications: B.Tech/MCA Computers
Experience: 2.5 - 4 years
Must Have Skills: SAS BI Tools
Technical Skills:
1. 3 - 6 years SAS BI ADMIN Exp, worked on SAS 94 versions on Unix/RedHat platform, Expertise in SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, Base SAS, SAS Model Manager, Microsoft Add-in Client Installation /Troubleshooting is a plus
2. Strong understanding of Linux/UNIX and how SAS integrates with these operating systems
3. Troubleshoot batch jobs, node monitoring and services restarts
4. Participate in license upgrade, hotfix installations Work with SAS Tech on critical issues and RCA
