Job Summary :
Technical Support Executive/ IT Help Desk/ Service desk Consultant Voice Process.
24*7 shift Weekly 5 days working.
salary: fresher- 15.7k & Experience-
22k Travel Allowance & Night shift Allowance is also there.
Required skills: Graduation degree/
B.E/Btech are preferable
Excellent communication skills As it is a Voice Process.
Bond is also there for Minimum 1year.
No Cash Deposite or no Certificates Deposite for Bond
Basics of computer & Networking required.
Familiar with excel & microsoft Outlook Express.
Service Desk (Level G Requirement)
Fundamental Technical know how on system trouble
shooting, few prominent knowledge areas are:-
Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (9X, NT, 2000,
E-Mail and Internet mail
Familiar with Lotus Notes and MS Outlook email clients
Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of
stress, and while facing an irate customer and
managing back to back calls when
