Description:
1. Primary responsibility would be to call the Top Management of Companies and explain about the SMS, Voice, IVR, Long Code Based & other IT & VAS services we provide.
2. Handling Sales enquiry through phone, chat & email.
3. Find prospective customers and generating new leads (B2B & B2C) through Internet or any other medias.
4. Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue.
5. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
6. Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 0 - 2 years.
Desired Skills:
1. Any Graduates with excellent communication (English & Hindi), presentation, and relationship building and negotiation skills.
2. Able to build credible relationships with influencing ability.
3. The candidate should be Enthusiastic & energetic with a go getting spirit. Presentation & Communication skill should be outstanding.
4. Ability to handle sales enquiries independently.
5. Candidates having IT/BPO /Call Center/Corporate Sale experience is most preferable (Confident Freshers can also apply)
