Description:
1. Client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and other electronic means
2. Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services
3. Identify and correct or advise on operational issues
4. Provide ongoing support
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: Applicant must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience providing customer service on commercial grade, technical, enterprise applications (i.e. level 2 or 3 support) in the prepress/design/publishing/advertising industry
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in prepress technology
2. Understanding of Preflight Logs, OPI
3. Experience in troubleshooting workflow applications
4. Good knowledge of XML
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Attention to detail (able to take concise case notes)
7. Flexibility
