Job Role: Team Member-Proc
Job Summary :
The Team Member is responsible for ensuring timely and
accurate service delivery.
The TM works with the Operations Manager (OM) to identify issues, opportunities
for improvement and recommends / implements solutions.
This role may be leveraged across multiple teams.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Ensures timely and accurate service delivery at defined
productivity levels
Ensures First Time Resolution to customers
Maintain documentation of SOPs/Operating Instructions
Identify, share, and support operational improvements.
Acquire and transfer knowledge from onshore / client
(as and when required)
Comply to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
Ensure Time Sheets are filled regularly
Adherences to team schedules and leave plans
1) Min. Educational Qualification Graduation.
2) Above Avg. communication Skills.
3) Should be open to working in 24X7 Work environment No Day Shifts.
4) Experience 0 to 3 Years in any industry.
5) Openings only as a TM.
6) Basic computer Knowledge (MS-OFFICE).
