Description:
1. The primary responsibility is to review account closures which are outsorted through upstream processes
2. The associate will be expected to complete a targeted number of decisions per hour, as well as be measured on decision accuracy.
3. This position requires achievement of productivity and fraud prevention goals, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing of accounts
- Reviewing deposit activity of accounts
- Completing the case in the required timelines / SLA
Candidate Profile:
Education: Any Graduate (No PG/Masters/MBA)
Experience: 0 to 2 years
