1. Accountable to produce high-quality software adhering to the Software Craftsmanship principles and meeting delivery timelines.
2. Comprehensive and clear documentation of the deliverables.
3. Ensure that developed code is free of tech debt and easy to maintain.
4. Collaborate with other team members to build technical solutions that meet customer needs.
5. Be passionate in upskilling with new technologies, processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
6. Identify the areas of improvement and come up with plans to optimize the engineering processes, focusing on automation and process simplification.
7. Keep up to date on the wider industry regulations, standards and trends.
8. Work collaboratively with other members of the team.
9. Be innovative and ready to explore new ideas for quality deliverables.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Skills:
1. Strong working experience on Cloud hosting – Open Shift Enterprise, AWS.
2. Working experience on Programming languages like Java/Python/Golang etc
3. Knowledge on API development using REST / SOAP.
4. Knowledge on DevOps tools like Gradle/Maven, Git, Nexus, etc.
5. Good knowledge of DevOps process and CI:CD toolset.
6. Strong understanding of Agile application development methodology.
7. Good Knowledge on Cloud security concepts.
8. Understanding of release and change management process (ITIL).
