Description:
1. Capture, allocate, and decompose Airplane System Level requirements into Flight Control System and component level requirements.
2. Develop models of required functionality to be used for production code generation. Manage configuration of software lifecycle data including implementation of continuous integration and deployment.
3. Develop system test procedures to be used in functionality checkout and verification of system requirements.
4. Establish Point of contact for the system engineering activities for an equipment.
5. Develop and manage the product line system requirements and tracing. Decompose the aircraft level requirements and/or customer use cases to the product line level i.e. equipment / systems software level requirements and establish tracing.
6. Develop and manage system integration tests and results. Ensure successful system integration testing before software deliveries.
7. Support SRR (Systems Requirements Review), PDR (Preliminary Design Reviews) and CDR (Critical Design Reviews).
8. Support System architecture development through system analysis and technical expertise.
9. Ensure quality of Equipment level software requirement and software test scenarios through reviews
Candidate Profile:
Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree 1 -3 or more years of Avionics Systems Engineering experience, Masters Degree with 1 or more years of experience in Systems Engineering.
Required Skills:
1. Good to have the experience in managing requirements using DOORs.
2. Exposure to Control systems modelling using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow is preferred.
3. Good to have experience in developing system architecture.
4. Experience with Systems Engineering tools and processes
5. Familiarity with other various avionics systems preferable.
6. Exposure to Three view Systems Engineering (3VSE) tools.
7. Experience in performing System Safety Assessments
8. Experience with avionics hardware development and certification
9. Experience with Systems Engineering life cycle activities associated with Flight Control Electronics/Flight Control Systems
