Job Description:
1. Should be responsible for day-to-day HR activities like recruitment, documentation, employee recreation activities, employee grievance handling.

2. Should assist in coordinating the training programs and providing support in implementation of policies & procedures.

Candidate Profile:
Education/Experience:
MBA or MSW graduate with 0 - 1 year experience in Human Resource field.

Technical Skills:
1. Should have good analyzing and communication skill.

2. Should have good learning instinct & keen interest in HR profession.
