Job Description :
1. Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications:

1. Any graduate.

2. 2 years work experience.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Good communication.

2. Ready to work in a 24x7 support environment.

Desired Skills:
1. Need to have basic understanding of Quality framework.

2. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

3. Ability to coach and improve Techs on Quality parameters.

4. Ability to analyze and interpret data.

5. Excellent Process Knowledge in current Domain.

6. Meet targets in a timely manner.

7. Encourage and motivate the techs to drive individual performance.
