Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service to customers by answering Enquiries, finding correct solutions.

We’re actively looking for high-quality individuals for work at home opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

2. Connects and communicates with clients using a chat portal, recommending appropriate solutions based on the Customers Enquiry.

3. Communicate and explain the value of the client brand and its benefits to potential customers

4. Establish a relationship and build bond with clients and customers

5. Effectively use sales and customer service tactics to identify customer needs.

6. Chat Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact for our customers and are the key to our organization's success.

Key Performance:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Requires excellent Interpersonal skills to greet clients and clarify services being rendered.

3. Knowledge about social media and give responses to customer enquiries coming from Social media.

4. Flexible with 24/7 Environment.

5. Maintain Documents about all clients connect in a customer relationship management system.

6. Target oriented.

7. Good typing speed & MS Excel knowledge.

Education: Any Qualification.

Salary: Salary will be depending on candidate performance.
