1. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.

2. Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu.

3. Should be able to work with a Team.

4. Good Knowledge on presentations and proposals.

5. Customer follow-up.

6. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

7. Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

8. Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages

9. Providing the right customer experience
