1. Analyze system problems and change requests
2. Work with users and Business Analysts to help define requirements
3. Develop and evaluate possible solutions
4. Design and document solutions
5. Make programming and other system changes per design
6. Test all changes thoroughly
7. Implement system changes
8. Provide post go-live support
9. Collaborate with developers and other team members

Technical Skills:
1. C++
2. VB6
3. VB.Net development experience
4. C# development experience
5. Angular development experience
6. Microsoft SQL Server database and query experience
7. JavaScript development experience
8. Knowledge of Team Foundation Server and/or GitHub
9. Knowledge of CSS/Bootstrap
10. Knowledge of REST APIs
