Job Description:
1. Interact with customers by phone or e-mail concerning various issues using the standard guidelines properly.

2. Capturing and applying customer feedback.

3. Receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding products and services.

4. Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with various internal departments to resolve problems.

5. Escalate queries to seniors.
