Job Role Project Coordinator
Fourtek IT Solutions is a leading web and software development company providing both offshore and onshore solutions to business enterprises belonging to different domains. We have our offices in New Delhi (Head Office), Andhra Pradesh (Operations) and in JAPAN (Marketing).
1. Project objectives clarity.
2. Representing the client's interest
3. Providing independent advice on the management of projects
4. Well versed with the knowledge of Iphone/Android applications.
5. Coding Knowledge.
6. Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
7. Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is within budget.
8. Identifies the technical approach to be used on a given project and manages the system development process including the development of a strategic plan, systems analysis, technical design, coding, testing and acceptance of application.
9. Identifies, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the projects.
10. Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations.
11. Organizes and conducts project team meetings.
1. M.Tech/MCA/B.Tech (technical back ground)
2. 2 - 3 years of experience in Managing the Projects
1. Team handling is must.
2. Provides team leadership on individual projects.
3. Provides effective input on hiring and evaluating team members.
4. Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.
5. Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members.
6. Motivates the Team.
7. Grievance handling.
