Job Summary :
• Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment
/ Interest to work in recruitment.
• Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening
telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.
• Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication
Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
• Should possess excellent communication skills,
flair to learn and effective people management skills
• Should be able to work independently
Desired Profile/Qualification:
Should be soft spoken, pleasing personality, fluency
in English.
MBA,MSW,BBA,B.Com,B.Sc,BCA,BBM,BISM,BSW and any other non Technical Graduates.
