Description:
1. Design and implement highly scalable web based applications and services with full stack java, react js, Spring, Cassandra distributed data store, Solr search, Kafka messaging and Python libraries such as Spacy, Camelot, Scikit-learn and TensorFlow
2. Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements
3. Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions
4. Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications
5. Documenting and review detailed design
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, or a related field
Experience: 2 - 4 years of data engineering or other data-intensive development experience
Required Skills:
1. Full stack experience with java, react js, Spring
2. Experience in Relational database such as Oracle , Postgress, MySQL is a plus
3. Experience in NoSQL data store such as Cassandra is a plus
4. Experience in Solr search engine, zookeeper and Kafka messaging middleware is a big plus
5. Knowledge of algorithms and statistics, data mining, machine learning and natural language processing
6. Knowledge of Python and Python libraries like Camelot, Spacy NLP, NLTK , Pandas, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn and Numpy is a big plus
7. Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS is a plus
8. Scrum software development methodology experience is a plus
