Job Description:
1. Write effective, clean and scalable code

2. Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

3. Integrate user-facing elements into applications

4. Test and debug programs

5. Improve functionality of existing systems

6. Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.

Candidate Profile:
Essential Skills:

1. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)

2. Expertise in a Python framework (like Django)

3. Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS)

4. Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude

5. Excellent analytical and time management skill.
