1. Proficient in C/C++
2. Excellent debugging and problem solving skills in real time embedded systems
3. Knowledge of RTOS, Embedded Systems and Avionics standards for critical avionics systems
4. Avionics Domain knowledge is preferrable
5. Knowledge of software development cycle
6. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
