Job Role: Portal Manager
Job Summary :
Responsible for day to day activities for product and vas operations
Conducting regular health check of the products and services
Daily updation portals and content
Launching of campaigns.
Managing functional, technical and operational requirements
Will contribute in content upload, testing and web and mobile web aps
To Prepare and analyze different MIS based on different requirements
To conduct market research for the enhancement of products
Skills required:
Computer & Internet literacy with an excellent command of office applications
like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of telecom VAS and its products
Strong analytical skills
Ability to make cutting edge presentations
Ability to handle high pressure deadlines
Experience in IT / Telecom / Mobile technologies would be added advantage
