Description:
1. Conceptualise & brainstorm with team members to come up with design concepts and themes
2. Develop and lead graphic design across various formats keeping the brand story in mind.
3. Review current process flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities
4. Manage and create a steady stream of topical content.
5. Share new creative proposals to ensure the ability to capture the attention of the short-attention-span audience.
6. Creating infographics and social posts according to brand guidelines on a regular basis
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2+ years in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative/marketing agency or any service-based organization.
Required Skills:
1. Strong portfolio showcasing work across a range of platforms.
2. Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and 3D design tools
3. Good at 3D and product-oriented design
4. Experience in contributing to design projects from ideation to creation through implementation.
