Job Role Servicenow Developer/ Administrator

1. Actively aid the consulting team in diff erent phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
2. Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
3. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
1. Experience in Customization and Configuration of ServiceNow Applications.
2. Experience in ServiceNow LDAP integration.
3. Experience on design and development of the UI, Scripts, Catalog, Workflows and Reports on Servicenow.
4. Knowledge on ITIL/ITSM.
5. Location of posting is subject to business requirements.
