Job Description:
1. Understanding manpower requirement from the business, requirement mapping Sourcing and Screening resumes, Lead discussion to qualify candidates.

2. Understanding skills demand and supply, market mapping and intelligence. Maintain candidate database and generate reports

3. Sourcing profiles from job portals, social media, headhunting, target sourcing, pipeline management, networking, etc.

4. Co-coordinating end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding and facilitate timely closures. Must be well organized, maintain recruitment dashboard.

5. Developing and tracking individual targets in terms of filling positions and conversion by adhering to predefined recruitment norms of the company.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification/Experience: Full Time B.Tech/MBA with reputed institutions with 2 - 4 Years of Hard core hands on IT Recruitment

Mandatory Skills:
1. Experience in all phases of the recruitment cycle is essential, especially in recruiting all the Java technologies, Business Intelligence, Analytics, IT Systems…etc.

2. Should be Bangalore based and staying close to JP Nagar.

3. Must have high energy levels, handle extreme recruitment pressure with extensive experience in sourcing, assessing, communicating with and hiring senior technical talent.

4. Ability to work aggressively in a high energy / high pressure environment.

5. Aggressive team player to achieve the target and ready to take up the challenge & pressure. Should be involved in the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment.
