Job Summary :
Certification/recertification of Retail Customer accounts by validating various
regulatory documents submitted by customers
Bachelors degree in Commerce - Preferably first class pass percentage ( no
Post graduates)
Fresher / work experience 0-12 months, preferably in back office/financial
industry
Key stroke speed : 3000 alpha numeric
Knowledge of Business Email writing
Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications particularly Excel
Soft Skills:
Decent communication with excellent inter-personal
skills
Effective time management skills
Excellent Client focus and Customer care working practices
Good team player with positive attitude towards working hours on account of
business requirement
