Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate developers having exposure
in web development with following key attributes & competencies
Exposure in developing Web based applications using
technologies like Ruby on Rails or Java or PHP or other Open Source technologies.
Hands on experience or good knowledge of MySQL / Oracle and database design,
modeling, performance engineering etc.
Excellent communication and analytical skills are must.
Knowledge of MVC, Design patterns, OOP is a must.
Knowledge of jQuery, CSS, HAML, SASS, SCSS would be an added advantage.
Passionate about technology and likes to innovate.
Posses AGILE mindset i.e. he / she can adapt to frequently changing requirements.
Ready to work on complicated and challenging requirements.
Added advantage if you have exposure in test driven development, continuous
integration using hudson, jenkins or cruise control, automation testing etc.
Experience of using any source control system like GitHub, Mercurial, SVN
with knowledge of branching/merging will be huge plus.
Exposure to cloud deployment on Amazon or Heroku is a plus.
Added advantage if you have exposure in mobile application development using
XCode, Cocoa, Objective-C and/or Android.
Knowledge of Node.js, Sinatra, Rack, Rails internals would be an added advantage.
