Must have at least 1 year of experience in Service
Desk function for Investment Banking Application
Experience of working 24x7 support projects.(including
night shift)
SLA Management
Experience in handling Autosys jobs
Highly motivated team player and always eager to learn
new technologies
Experience in handling customer expectations on production
support projects
Skill: Oracle, Java, .Net, Production Support
Education: Any Degree
