Job Description:
1. A Software QA Engineer at McAfee is an Engineering Escalation engineer with the primary responsibility of handling customer escalations through debugging, fixing and delivering the hotfixes/patches.

2. It is a unique and challenging role that calls for a strong passion for troubleshooting and solving tough problems in a timely manner.

3. In this challenging role, an opportunity will be provided to test the feature enhancements.

4. The role provides interaction with Customers, Support Engineers, Development and QA Engineers.
