Brief Description:

Provides follow through of complex customer reports, continuous improvement of Business Intelligence programs liked with audit, risk and governance.

Development or modification of scripts or tools that can be used to measure Business user satisfaction, etc.

Detailed Description:

Interacts with customer business user teams and maintain customer audit,risk and governance reports.

Coordinates with various functions withinthe company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
