Job Role: Business Analyst
Job Summary :
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding
and applying company policies and procedures.
Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data
in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information
from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.
Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal
communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.
0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
Skills Have adequate Presentation skills. Understand Customer Needs and be
able to Analyze and create SOX and other reports as required by the customer
Have Good written and Verbal Communication skills.
Understand customer organisation,be able to asses the Functional needs. and
poses Customer managemen and Programs Managemen skills while Work with customer
internal teams and Service Delivery teams.
Be innovative in developing Business Intelligence Reports.
Time to time modify the reports based on Customer Feedback.Maintain and manage
good Relationship with customer business users.
Be Results Orientated while Working Globally.
Provides follow through of complex customer reports, continuous improvement
of Business Intelligence programs liked with audit, risk and governance.
Development or modification of scripts or tools that can be used to measure
Business user satisfaction, etc.
Interacts with customer business user teams and maintain customer audit,risk
and governance reports.
Coordinates with various functions withinthe company to ensure customer requests
are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
