- Providing 1st level Technical Support on Phone.

- Resolving Web tickets.

- Solving technical problems remotely from laptop.

- Forwarding cases that cannot be solved to Tier-3.

- Willing to work in shifts 24/7.

- Very technical person.

- Good communication skills.

- Fluent English, both verbal and writing.

- Good PC (Win s/w + h/w) knowledge.

- Good Networking/IP knowledge.

- Willing to work in shifts.

- Mobile knowledge an advantage.
