engaged in the field of manufacturing and marketing various fertilizers and
industrial chemicals.
RCFL needs 121 Management Trainees (Marketing)
in following trades/ disciplines :
Management Trainees : 121 posts, Age as on 01/08/2012
: 25 years and 27 years for PG and for Mechanical (Boiler Operations) and Safety
discipline
Chemical : 44 posts
Chemical HRD : 01 post
Instrumentation : 06 posts
Mechanical : 15 posts
Electrical : 08 posts
Fire : 05 posts
Industrial Engineering : 02 posts
Mechanical (Boiler Operation) : 04 posts
Materials : 22 posts
Safety : 02 posts
Corporate Communication : 02 post
Human Resources : 03 posts
Human Resource Development : 02 posts
Finance : 02 posts
Administration : 01 post
Stipend and Pay Scale : Selected candidates
will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lumpsum stipend
of Rs.23000/- per month. After successful completion of training they will be
absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs.16400-40500/-.
Application Fee : Rs.500/- to be deposited
in any CBS branch of SBI through a payment challan which can be printed only
at RCF website. No fee for SC/ST/PH candidates.
