Description:
1. Experience on ERP testing particularly HCM (Human Capital) or Finance modules.
2. Work experience with Workday.
3. Able to manage any module independently and work on the test strategy / test plan for that module.
4. Ability to work with client stakeholders and POs or BAs.
5. Expertise in Test Case design, execution and reporting.
6. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
7. Ability to bring in best practices or work with the QA lead to optimize and enable the ERP rollout.
8. Should be good at problem solving with excellent analytical skill.
9. Good in communication and coordination skills.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 4 to 6 years of working experience in software testing.
Mandatory Skills: Manual Testing, ERP testing, Workday, Human Capital/Finance modules
