Description:
1. Openstack Support operations of complete IaaS Service on a global scale, take care of daily operations
2. Understand the architecture of SAP’s Converged Cloud platform (OpenStack, Ansible Automation, VMware, EMC, Arista, Cisco, etc.) and deliver 3rd Level expert cloud operations support.
3. Work as part of an agile DevOps team and drive assigned topics from an operations point of view.
4. Implement Changes by liasoning with cloud platform development and architecture team
5. Experience in running cloud infrastructure environments from an end-to-end perspective, covering compute, network and storage up to hypervisor and cloud platform level
6. Change, Incident, Problem and Escalation management
7. Drive continuous improvement & enhancements for the cloud platform and the operations
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech
Experience: 2 - 3 years professional experience
Required Skills:
1. Infrastructure Management by Kubernetes, Helm3.
2. Expertise on Openstack Nova, Cinder
3. Monitoring Tools – Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
4. CI / CD - Concourse
5. Expert knowledge in virtualization especially vSphere management including Linux know-how
6. Automation Know-How and programming skills – Python and Ansible
7. Automating cloud infrastructure tasks is a key enabler for the team
8. Experience working in large-scale datacenter/cloud/network environments
