Description:
1. Follows ‘User Centric Design’ Process and comes up with intuitive UX
- Collaborates with stakeholders, gets an understanding of the ask
- Is equipped to design a desirable experience
- Tests and validate designs
- Creates specs of the approved designs
2. Is a team player and an enthusiastic participant
3. Is able to follow directions of the lead, thinks critically, while also well abled to work independently
4. Good communication and presentation skills
5. Actively engages and participates in other design related activities
6. Supports senior designers in crafting screens for detailed design
7. Follows direction, while still able to work independently and think critically about the problem at hand.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Interaction Design or related field
Required Skills:
1. A thorough understanding of UX design methodology
2. Good working knowledge of design softwares like Sketch, Axure, etc.
3.Knowledge of Fiori Design Guidelines is a plus
