Description:
1. Work with a team of business analysts and developers for Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
2. Manage scope of development work for development and day 2 support.
3. Manage development demands to ensure maximum satisfaction, and to maintain quality over quantity
4. Engage in the negotiation of development demands and specifications as regards to capacity
5. Assist in creating comprehensive technical documents
6. Work as a team player
7. Facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery
8. Evaluate quality of development, and take the lead in setting project targets and priorities
9. Resolve issues with the appropriate design at the right time with the least cost
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: A Bachelor/Masters Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting.
Experience: A minimum of 2.5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Finance Applications (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, and AGIS as nice to have).
Required Skills:
1. Professional with least 1 full cycle implementation with emphasis on Finance to Close application modules.
2. Strong expertise in OIC, SQL, PL/SQL, BIP Reports, ESS job and analytical skills.
3. Strong Technical knowledge of Oracle Financials API’s (REST and SOAP) and Open Interfaces in Oracle Applications.
4. Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining - Reports, OIC Interfaces, FBDI Conversions.
5. Good to have VBCS extension knowledge.
6. Should be conversant with latest technologies in Data Analytics and DevOps.
7. Should be conversant with Agile implementation and support Methodology.
8. In-depth knowledge of standards, guidelines, industry trends and best practices across IT enterprise
9. Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
