Job Summary :
Position 1: .Net Trainer
1-3 Year of experience in .Net 3.5 or above (asp.net,
C#, SQL Server, WCF, WPF, Silverlight)
Trainer should be able to guide trainees to complete their projects.
Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Minimum Qualification: BCA/MCA/B.Tech.
Position 2:
Counsellor
1-3 Year of experience in Customer interaction.
Good Communication Skills
Counseling , handling customer queries , holding presentations , generating
data base through various field promotional activities ,
Market research and competition analysis.
Open for participation in education fairs or for job training out of city.
Telecalling prospective clients and following up enquiries
Counselling interested participants on various training courses.
Generating enquiries on the various training courses offered by our company
by using various collaboration tools - chat , e-mail marketing campaigns &
web-based seminars.
Conversion of internet leads into walk-ins / enrolments for training programmes
Organising training programmes and creating schedules , co-ordination with
Technical Team ( Trainers ) and participants
Interaction with trainees for batch allocation, batch management and Fee Collection.
Meeting targets and creating daily , weekly and monthly sales reports
