Job Role: Business Development Executive
Job Summary :
We need candidates with minimum 1 year experience of
selling it products like websites/seo/social media marketing.with good communication
skills.
Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all services negotiations with customers. Held accountable
for Services revenue, customer & partner satisfaction, backlog for his/her
projects and employee satisfaction in his/her projects.
•Enable account teams to meet their objectives
through the effective selling of Switch Soft Technology and Partner services
engagements.
•The Business Development Manager will be responsible
for selling Product & consulting services and building strong relationships
with customers that result in profitable services engagements.
•As part of the sales process, the Business Development
Manager will be responsible for identifying, scoping and closing Switch Soft
Technology engagements & support agreements with assistance from Technical
Account Managers and consultants from Partners and Switch Soft Technology.
•The Business Development Manager will be responsible
for determining whether engagements should involve Switch Soft Technology and/or
a partner.
•The Business Development Manager is responsible
for communicating within the project team, Switch Soft Technology and the customer.
•The Business Development Manager should develop
& sustain relationships with key client executives to help Switch Soft Technology
grow.
B.Tech + MBA is preferred but it is not mandatory.
•Must have a mature and consultative sales style,
able to develop and navigate complex deals.
•Must have strong relationship and business development
skills and a proven track record for reaching revenue targets, negotiating contracts,
setting customer expectations and adhering to tight deadlines
•The ideal candidate will have working experience
in consulting, client/project management AND high-end professional services
business development /delivery.
•Must have solution sales or strategic sales training.
•Must be able to understand and articulate Switch
Soft Technology’s strategy and vision to a variety of audiences.
