Job Description:
Position 1:    HR Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate
Eligibility: 2013/2014/2015/2016 Batch
Job Location: Hyderabad
Salary:
CTC-Rs.1.2 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Understand and ability to execute independently the end-to-end recruitment cycle/campus recruitments.

2. Understand the client company, strategies of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role to fill the required position.

3. Handling Cold calls, Customer/Client follow-up and coordination with various stakeholders.

4. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

5. Office administration, procurement of office infrastructure.

6. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interview.

7. Develop position-specific screening questionnaires. Identify, screen and present top talent to clients.

8. Provide analytical and well documented daily report to management about prospects

9. Branding the organization using different Social Media sources, coordinating with Campuses to attract high quality talent.

Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages (knowledge on other language will be an added advantage)

2. Attention to detail, Socially adept

3. Excellent time management and organization

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Position 2: Campus Coordinator

Qualification: Any Graduate
Eligibility: 2014/2015/2016 Batch
Job Location: Hyderabad
Salary: CTC-Rs.1.2 LPA

Job Description:
1. Interacting with colleges and maintain a good relationship with management

2. Should be able to handle complete recruitment process

3. Collect the data from various internet sources

4. Should be able to handle multiple tasks

5. Keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization

6. Need to submit daily report to management about prospects.

7. Should be able to give presentations

8. This is purely a non-technical job

Skills Required:
1. Decent Communication, Interpersonal Skills

2. Basic knowledge of the Education industry and its current events

3. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

4. Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

5. Attention to detail

6. Excellent time management and organization

7. Good with numbers
