Job Summary :
Position: Advisor / Executive - Customer
Support (Voice Process)
Work Location: Hyderabad
Role: Handling calls (Inbound)
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Undergraduate (Preferably 6 and above months) / Any
Graduate
(Preferably (0-4) years of international Calling experience)*
2. Excellent Communication Skills*
3. 24/7 work environment (Night / Rotational Shifts)*
4. 5 days a week*
5. Weekly offs may not necessarily be Saturdays and Sundays*
6. Age criteria - (18-40) years*
7. Hiring zone (with in 25km from Uppal)

Process: Inbound Sales Process.
Nesting Period : 15 days
Job Description:
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills
& convincing skills.
Min six months experience in BPO preferebally sales
Candidate must have the ability to logically and quickly
solve technical queries.
Should be customer centric.
Immediate Joining required.
Shift timings : 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm
Package : 15k - 20kpm
Qualification: Graduate/post graduate/Freshers
