1. Customer Support Tickets and Chats Meetings SLA.
2. Reporting on the issues/complained areas via ticketing systems (Jira, Kayako )
3. Monitoring servers and taking care on securities.
4. Voxvalley Products installations As per SLA
5. Daily backups and weekly backups validations and Reports.
6. Voxvalley Products Demos
7. System Log Analysis.
