Description:
1. Should ensure to provide high-quality service to stake holders of Voxvalley
2. Should maintain records of supplies (i.e. housekeeping, vending machine, stationary material etc)
3. Should keep track of accounts including petty cash expenses
4. Maintain Vendor Management and Internal Stake Holders.
5. Should have Key control over housekeeping and security staff
6. Manage Travel function – Organizing Visas, Tickets, Conveyance & Boarding arrangements
7. Should plan and co-ordinate for events at office
8. Co-ordinate with HR, Accounts and other Group department heads for fulfilling the requirements of the company
9. Should take care of vendor management and ensure timely payments are made
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
Required Skills:
1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email Equities.
3. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
4. Professional attitude and appearance
5. Solid written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
7. Excellent organizational skills
8. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
9. Customer service attitude
