Designation - Associate Mergers and Acquisitions
Job description and key accountabilities:
Research on M&A deals using company press releases,
RNS statements, proprietary databases, Annual Reports, Quarterly statements
etc.
Understanding the deal.
Analyze deals with respect to deal value, target financials,
valuation multiples, offer premiums etc.
Prepare a detailed M&A report based on the analysis
and client defined parameters.
Extensive email correspondence with international clientele.
Educational qualification Graduate (Majored in Finance)
Minimum work experience: Fresher.
BE / IT Related profiles may not apply.
Special skills:
Keen Interest in Secondary Research
Ability to interpret data and aid in arriving at the
key findings
Decision making and judgment
Knowledge of Mutual funds, Portfolio Management, Equity
and Fixed Income markets
Proficient in MS Office (Prior experience in Word &
Excel preferred)
Shift Timings Rotational Shifts
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 P.A, Opening(s): 25
