JOB SUMMARY:

Job Description:
1. Communicate, manage and implement the human resources policies, procedures and practices for all designated employees.

2. Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with applicable labour laws and company regulations.

3. Implement the Performance Management Process for the employees including but not limited to monitoring the performance of employees on an on-going basis and conducting an annual performance review.

4. Recommend and implement strategic directions for people development within the company.

5. Arrange one to one meetings with the staff on a regular basis and provide counseling and assistance to all designated employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

6. Perform root-cause analysis of HR related issues whenever escalated.

7. Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.

8. Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives.

9. Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirement.

Candidate Profile:
Education:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate – HR

Experience:
1. 1 - 6 Years of experience in HR Generalist profile.

2. Candidate with core experience only in recruitment background, will not be considered.

Skills:
1. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Ability to exercise judgement within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

4. Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

5. Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
