Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Assess firm knowledge needs and requirements (short-term or long-term);

2. Deliver targeted insights using internal knowledge and external sources;

3. Help firm prepare materials for Summits and Conferences;

4. Support the creation and update of knowledge assets including: client updates, competitive intelligence, industry research etc.;

5. Maintain, manage and develop the firm’s knowledge infrastructure;

6. Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas and teams;

7. Mentor, coach and guide knowledge management team members;

8. Engage and build relationships with firm members and leaders;

9. Innovate and conceptualize new services that the KM group could provide;

10. Coordinate with IT / Software Development / Data source vendors;

11. Track progress and measure value of KM Team (quantitative/qualitative).

Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:

1. MBA and a bachelor's or master's degree in a research-based discipline such as life sciences, commerce, economics or engineering with a strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work, typically demonstrated through consistent top marks in university;

2. At least five years of relevant work experience;

3. High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;

4. Strong oral and written communication skills, combined with computer and MS Office skills;

5. Demonstrated people and organizational leadership skills;

6. Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;

7. Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks;

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment;

9. Exposure to professional services environment, multi-national experience and the health care sector;

10. Aptitude for and enjoyment of leading teams.
