Handle desktop/laptop/network printer & Windows server
trouble shooting/Knowledge in MS Office 2010.
Desired Profile:
1. Handle desktop/laptop calls and basic network printer trouble shooting.
2. Sound knowledge in MS office 2010 & outlook troubleshooting.
3. Knowledge of Windows Server 2003
4. Expert in Win XP troubleshooting.
5. Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting.
6. Having knowledge of HPSM should be preferable
7. Vendor Coordination.
