Job Summary :
Must have at least 6 months - 3 years of
experience in troubleshooting technical issues over phone.
Basic computing skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Any Graduate ( Diploma -10+2+3 - & Minimum 50% throughout)
Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred
Willing to work in night shifts on rotational basis (between
4:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)
Should be willing to sign up to 2 years service agreement
Walk-in on Friday 10th August'12
at iGATE, Bangalore between 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

2. Candidate who have attended interview with iGATE in
last 6 month are not eligible.
