Role and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on in analog/mixed-signal transistor-level circuit designs, running simulations, and verifying designs using Cadence tools.
- Simulations across PVT, Statistical mismatch, Monte Carlo Analysis of various circuits like PLL, bandgap, LDO, drivers, ESD, amplifiers, etc.
- Post-layout extraction & simulation.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Candidates should have a good knowledge of analog and mixed-signal electronics, tools, and flows
- Knowledge of cadence virtuoso, specter, and maestro is essential.
- Basic knowledge of analog layout guidelines and techniques.
- Good to have design experience or knowledge with circuits such as PLL, bandgap, LDO, and drivers.
- Good interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills are required.
- Good to know scripting languages like PERL, and Python.
- Good to have knowledge in VerilogA, and MATLAB.
