Role and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing business financials including analysis of Month-on-month trends, Variances versus Target, etc.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to identify the reason for the gap in performance and work with them to improve the performance.
- Cost analysis and forecasting including identifying levers of costs, measures to optimize costs, and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Automation and streamlining of various reports/financials released by the function.
- Competition analysis and benchmarking. Identify and support the implementation of measures to improve the business performance based on analysis.
- Supporting other team members in any other ad-hoc analysis and reviews, as done on an ongoing basis.
- Any other activities to support the overall objective of the function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate or doing graduation in Commerce/business management/Economics/Finance domain.
- Any other relevant experience or knowledge in technical domains such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
