Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in campaign planning, targeting, and audience identification.
- Measure campaign results and performance using data analysis.
- Gather and organize data from various sources using SQL/ Python/ R.
- Continuously develop and demonstrate improved analysis methodologies.
- Create presentations for United leadership and external stakeholders.
- Conduct exploratory analysis, identify opportunities, and proactively suggest initiatives to meet marketing objectives.
- Create, modify, and automate reports and dashboards – take ownership of reporting structure and metrics, clearly and effectively communicating relevant information to decision-makers using data visualization tools.
- Sharing of internal best practices and fostering collaboration with internal and external teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-1 years of experience in Analytics and working with analytical tools.
- Comfort and curiosity for working with very large data sets.
- Experience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships.
- Proficiency in using database querying tools and writing complex queries and procedures using Teradata SQL and/ or Microsoft SQL.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate analysis in a clear and precise manner.
- High sense of ownership of work.
- Ability to work under time constraints.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
