Role and Responsibilities:
- Asset and Configuration Management: ensuring our assets and the configuration of IT services are well managed (including definitions, health indicators, ensuring compliance of associated process)
- Software Licence Management: Manage software vendors, contracts, and associated obligations.
- CMDB – Maintenance and performance of the Enterprise CMDB including discovery and accuracy. Uplift, govern and execute the organizational capability of Certificate management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Java Scripting, SQL, or any other programming languages.
- Recommended to have ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
- Ability to analyze and resolve system problems.
- Willingness to learn and grow skills.
- Interact and communicate effectively with team members.
- Should have good skills in data reconciliation & root cause analysis.
